For the last fifteen years, Gregory has had a passion for finely crafted cocktails and elevated espresso. His original mission was to bring a more refined cocktail experience to local events throughout Northeast Ohio. Today, that vision has come to life, and we continue to grow every day.
To date, the cocktail division of the business has proudly served over 1,200 events, delivering memorable beverage experiences across the region.
Alongside cocktails, Gregory has always had a deep passion for great coffee. Nearly six years ago, he began experimenting with crafted espresso and even roasting his own beans from his apartment. As clients began requesting espresso at events, the idea became clear: combine a passion for elevated cocktails with exceptional coffee service.
Today, The Thirsty Filly Crafted Espresso proudly offers Northeast Ohio beautifully designed espresso activations for private events of any size. Bringing the same level of craftsmanship, energy, and experience that built our cocktail brand.
